Focus Dock is designed to be private. All of your data stays in your browser. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data, and the extension contains no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Focus Dock stores your timer settings, your list of blocked sites and your local session statistics in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Site blocking is enforced locally by Chrome's declarativeNetRequest API; your browsing history is not read or recorded.
Optional Pro upgrades are processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. When you choose to upgrade, ExtensionPay handles your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your payment card information. The extension contacts extensionpay.com only to check the license status of your installation.
The extension requests only the minimum Chrome permissions required for the features described above. It does not read your browsing history and does not run in the background on pages you visit, except as required for the features you explicitly use.
Because all data is stored locally in your browser, uninstalling the extension permanently deletes it. You can also clear the extension's data at any time from your browser settings.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
